NEWS—Starting this month (October 2019) I have agreed to work part time as a Contract Attorney for the Lincoln County Prosecutor’s Office.

The Sinclair Law Office, LLC remains open full time and is accepting new clients, but this changes some things for me. The main change is due to the connection with the Prosecutor’s Office, I can’t represent defendants in criminal or traffic cases, both inside and outside of Lincoln County.

My office will continue to represent clients on a variety of non-criminal issues, including bankruptcy, family law cases, GAL work, mediation, and estate planning/wills & trusts. Please continue to think of us when or if you have these types of legal issues.
